I found a stock with dirt cheap calls that will run inverse the market in the case of anything from a modest to steep decline.
During the great financial crash of late 2008-2009 this stock doubled in price, up 100% in less than 12 months.
Shorter-term, during the Covid crash of Feb-March, 2020, it went up 50% in just six weeks.
We don't know exactly when, nor do we know for how long, or what will be the trigger - take your pick, its an election year with two and four year cycle lows due. Make no mistake, "its" coming,
Right now, this stock is trading at about $12 per share.
If it were to go up 50%, it will be trading at about $18.
If it were to go up 100%, it would be trading at about $24.
Keep those price levels in mind, it gets better.

A Jan 2025 call, to buy the stock at $15, is trading, going into this weekend, at $0.15. With the stock at $18 (a repeat of the Covid crash), the call would be worth $3.00, up 20X.
If the stock were to double in six months (a repeat of "The Big Short" circa, 2008-2009), the stock rises to $24 and this $15C, bidding at Friday's close at 15 cents, would be worth $9.00, up 60X.
With a highly contentious (to say the least) election around the corner and who knows what the hell is coming down the pike, this call is cheap, cheap, cheap insurance against any financial mayhem or fallout, with a highly leveraged payoff of between 20X - 60X.
