A Tale Of Two Markets

Special Father's Day Note to Everyone

On most Sunday's I usually post a excerpted version of the Blue Line Trading System, Weekend Update, to this free All-Allan Blog. It is the only real marketing I do to generate new subscriptions. However, this Sunday, as a Father's Day gift to all, I am posting the entire unedited version of what all subscribers got on Saturday, just delayed by one day. In addition, during the week PRO Subscribers get almost daily updates on trades, while Premium Subscribers get at a minimum a mid-week Update, with additional updates on days new trades get triggered. As always, new subscribers can try the service for half off first month by using  this discount code when signing up to either Premium or PRO Services: GOPRO@50%

IWM

TGT

SQ belongs in a sector, the financials, that is showing signs of breaking down across the board. TGT is from the consumer retail which is itself going through its own little bear market. The deterioration in structure in the financial stocks is still early, meaning it can be a false alarm, or just as easily be a precursor of much more downside to come. If the latter, we will know soon enough. Here are some prominent financial sector charts:

Look for further deterioration in these Financial Sector stocks to put pressure on the general market, eventually bringing down the handful of technology darlings that is keeping Nasdaq propped up. Note: Fresh Sell Signals are appearing in GS, MS, WFC, and even XLF itself. A Sell in JPM looks imminent A slew of Sep put recommendations will follow, possibly as early as next week, to add to SQ, IWM and TGT, as set out above.
